Reed Corry is President and owner of Allegiant Business Finance. He founded Allegiant with his managing partner, Jana Blackburn, in 2003. His background includes considerable ownership experience in both financial and non-financial institutions such as Stone Mill Foods and Broadmark Capital, a Venture Capital and Investment Banking Firm. Before Mr. Corry's 15+ years of entrepreneurship, he was a financial analyst at several other investment banking firms.  Prior to his investment banking career, he was a professor of Accounting at Seattle University and was employed as a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Corry is a graduate of the University of Washington and holds an MBA from Seattle University’s Albers School of Business.

Jana Blackburn, Vice President of Operations, has been in senior management at Allegiant Business Finance since 2003.  She has over 24 years experience in leadership roles covering all aspects of the commercial finance field, including operations management, portfolio risk management, business development, compliance, credit analyst, underwriting, marketing and public relations.   Jana, a Seattle native, is involved with local chapters and charitable organizations.  She is currently working on her BS in Accounting from City University.
